Tuning
and performance:
Keep
your machine running at its best whether it’s rejetting
following a previous upgrade, valve clearances, resynchronising and
balancing the carburettors or any other fettling necessary to
maintain your steeds full potential.
Big
bore kits, 883 to 1200 conversions:
Unleash
those ponies! Probably the best value power increase your
engine’s crying out to release. Following specialist reboring
and honing (with torque plates) and using top quality Wiseco pistons,
state of the art composite gaskets and seals, smiles are only a wrist
twist away!
Camshafts,
Carburettors and Exhaust Systems:
Allow
your engine to breathe more easily! We can put together a selection
of components drawn from a plethora of leading manufacturers to
complement your requirements and riding style. With the emphasis on
the finished machine being rideable in everyday situations and not
just churning out horsepower figures for bragging rights; we
concentrate on the torque production when choosing camshafts. Our
carburettor of choice is the Mikuni HSR 42, eminently tuneable to
suit all components. Exhausts....whatever you want to provide the
performance, style and sound you’re looking for.
Fuel
Injection:
Diagnostics,
fault code reading and clearing. Utilising PCIII USB or
Fuel-pak the ECU fuel mapping can be electronically adjusted
and allow the engine to run more efficiently and cooler, provide more
power and ride smoother. Tailor the fuel delivery to your tuning
package. Over run or decelerating “popping” can be dialled
out or reduced as you wish.
Brake
Upgrades:
Upgrade
your brakes to something more worthy of your ride, stop quicker and
more progressively! Choose from six or four piston calipers,
available in mirror polished or anodised. Six primary colours
available and also ”splash” custom finishes. Top quality
stainless steel braided hoses with pressure tested swivelling ends,
made to exact length (avoid the washing-line look!) and utilising
stainless steel banjo bolts and unions. Hoses are available in
clear or coloured coverings to complement your bike. Oversize rotors,
13” or 11.5”, fully floating in stainless steel, chrome or
black. Custom rotors to match wheels or pulleys, loads to choose
from; Tribal wavy, conventional or solid.
Wheels:
Replace
those jaded, corroding stock rims and spokes with fabulous mirror
polished stainless steel. No maintenance required no more rust
induced punctures; they are the “nuts”. Complete
stainless steel wheels built using conventional or straight pull hubs
(now these are sexy!). We can go as wide as you like, thinner and
taller (23”) or smaller. Stock mag wheels can be machined to
reveal the hiding custom wheel. Exotic billet style wheels are all
available. Rims and hubs powder coated in your choice of colour.
Tyres:
Range
of Avon tyres in stock, inner tubes, valves and rim tapes. Free-
fitting. Dealer for all tyre manufacturers, next day delivery
if not in stock. Wide and narrow whitewalls.
Oils,
fluids and filters:
Comprehensive
range of oils in stock; mineral, semi-synthetic and synthetic. Brake
fluids, lubes and antifreeze. Oil filters; chrome and black; in-line
fuel filters. Drain plugs o-rings and seals.
Hardware:
Stainless
steel and chrome engine bolt kits, Engine case and Chassis components.
Axle
kits and spacers, circlips and electrical components.
Electrics:
Electrical
repairs and modifications. Rewires and fault rectification. Control
